Dear Gig: Thank you so much for booking ten wonderful bands for Xerox PARC's Summer Music Series. The PARC community was overwhelmed by the very high caliber of entertainment provided through your organization, you exceeded my expectations many times over. I also wanted to let you know what a pleasure it was to work with the performers. They were true professionals: they started on time, performed expertly and engaged the audience (and that is not an easy thing to do in a scientific community like PARC!). They represented AEC very well. I hope we will have the opportunity to work together in the future. Best wished to you and all the other nice folks at AEC Susie Mulhern Communications Specialist and Event Producer Xerox Palo Alto Research Center PS: Several people mentioned that their spouses worked for companies who were looking for bands to play for their corporate parties. I gave your name and phone number and told them how pleased I was working with AEC. I hope they will contact you and provide you with some business.

The food was surprisingly good, the music highly enjoyable and I could not extract my son from the slide all afternoon. Hats off to you and your committee!!!"

As a past Social Committee Chairman for the Young Presidents Organization, I am highly recommending A.E.C. for any function or event that you may be planning. Dear Gig: I don't know how to thank you for the Spirit of Polynesia. They were the most wonderful entertainers; I thought I was in the islands. So generous, so warm, so talented and the dancers were so beautiful. It was much more than I had hoped for but what I had always dreamed of. Many, many thanks...you are very special. Dear Gig: Now that I finally have a day off where I am not rushing around trying to make preparations for the big event, I have the opportunity to sit back and recall the joy and laughter of Lauren's special weekend. Her Broadway Bat Mitzvah Party was truly a magical event. I cannot believe how you and your crew transformed our home into a party paradise, everything was so perfect. The entertainment was spectacular, the food was divine, the service was so professional and the atmosphere was fun, fanciful and elegant all at once. I am still receiving cards, calls and comments from our guests' all saying that they had the time of their lives. We want to thank you, Eddie and Rae for making Lauren's party an event we will always remember with a smile and a warm heart. You are the ultimate professionals and we look forward to working with you again soon. Jared's Bar Mitzvah is only 4 years away!!! Warm regards, Eileen Silver

Greetings Gig I don't know how you do it?. But I am glad you do! Seeing you at the entertainment helm each year is beginning to feel like an annual reunion. I am delighted that your involvement seems to have become an Auction Tradition. Your professional dedication, resourcefulness, patience, good humor and your uncanny ability to bring in sensational acts within our budget all have a wonderful grounding influence amidst the inherent chaos of Auction Week. Your ability to work effectively with a wide range of volunteer personalities is especially appreciated. Now that we have all settled back and Auction week is over, I want to thank you for all you have above and beyond the call of duty. I hope you feel great pride; satisfaction and relief (knowing that it is behind you) in knowing you played a vital role in shaping the most successful year in Napa Valley Wine Auction.

Dear Gig Thank you for doing such a tremendous job in providing entertainment for the Credence Customer Event. From the beginning of our conversation back in February, you have been resourceful, knowledgeable and altogether helpful in our effort to give Credence Customers a wonderful evening. Mary Wilson was fabulous and exciting and even the most conservative guests were tapping their feet. Behind the scenes your crew were not only expedient and professional but left the place spotless after all was torn down. The affair on our part was seamless and from our years in holding events, we know it must be due to your management of all aspects of the project. We look forward to working with you in the future. Sincerely, Diana Connolly and Laura Dahlbeck Indigo Bay

Dear Gig This letter was originally written on January 14th. I was very proud to think that I would give you your official thank you in an unusually timely manner. Would you believe that my dog ate all my letters? Would you believe that my one-year-old nephew scribbled on it with Crayola? Would you believe that a Martian came down from above and swiped them? How about that earthquake story? So my apologies for being so tardy in thanking you for your monumental efforts in making the Special Effects X Gala event so spectacular. Gig you were "Mr. Fixit" throughout this entire event. You were absolutely wonderful and without you this event would have never come off. On behalf of Special Event Magazine and Extraordinary Events, I thank you sincerely for all your assistance, all your creative suggestions and all of your support. Great website, it made my job so easy!!! Very truly yours, Andrea Michaels Executive Producer

Dear Gig et All: Thank you again for all your help in the planning of the World Cup Soccer Week. As usual, you hit the nail on the head with all my entertainment needs for each and every one of our special nights. It is a genuine pleasure working with such professionals as you. Just to have the security of knowing that the right entertainment has been selected for my events and to know that someone from your company will be there to make sure that everything goes smoothly, relieves the pressure of one more aspect of planning a successful event. Please feel free to give my name as a reference to any of your potential clients. It is a pleasure to be associated with you and your company, Sincerely, Suzanne Murdoch Corporate Director of Sales and Marketing

Dear Gig Just a quick note to thank you for the excellent job that you , your staff and the members of Big City Revue did for our annual party on March 11th. The band was a big hit, as was evidence by the number of people who continued to dance until the very end. You did a wonderful job of working within our time constraints and your flexibility was very much appreciated when our schedule got a bit off track. When our President commented about what a fantastic job I had dome, I knew the evening was a big success. Of course, most credit belongs to you and your staff. There really wasn?t much I had to worry about. As soon as I finalize the date for next year?s event, it is my intention to contact you to reserve Big City Revue again. Please pass along all my thanks to all who worked so hard for so long. It was a tremendous evening! Nancy Cash Executive Secretary

WOW is all we can say???? unbelievable how awesome MIDWEST COAST was. Every single inch of our dance floor was covered with people the entire night. Dave and I could not have dreamed of a better atmosphere for our wedding reception. Every single person we talked to said that Mid West Coast was the greatest band they'd ever come across at a wedding. Mike Morris and the guys exceeded by far any expectations or dreams we had. The talent, the energy, the ability to move a crowd up onto its feet and the little things (letting Dave play Rock n Roll with them) playing a special 'oldie' for Dave's aunt (who was widowed recently) made for a spectacular event. Gig, we are so pleased and we cherish the moments of the greatest night of our lives, thanks to you and Mid West Coast. We highly recommend A.E.C. and Mid West Coast for your reference list. We will certainly keep A.E.C. and Mid West Coast in mind for future events.
